Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services Family First Home Care, LLC (FFHC) is an "Agency to Provide Personal Care Services in the Home" under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 449. We provide non-medical assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
2. Non-Medical Nature of Care FFHC does not provide medical, nursing, or specialized therapy services. Our caregivers are not authorized to perform medical tasks such as administering injections, sterile wound care, or managing medical equipment. If a client’s condition changes and requires medical intervention, the client or their representative is responsible for contacting a medical professional.
3. Payment and Billing Service rates are provided in the individual Service Agreement. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in said agreement. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.
4. Cancellation and Termination
Client Cancellation: We require 24 hours notice for shift cancellations.
Termination: Either party may terminate the relationship with 10 days written notice. FFHC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the home environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.
5. Limitation of Liability FFHC is not liable for health outcomes related to pre-existing medical conditions or for actions taken by the client that fall outside the scope of our non-medical care plan. We maintain professional liability insurance as required by Nevada law.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
