How to File a Complaint Any client, employee, or member of the public who believes they have experienced prohibited discrimination by Family First Home Care, LLC may file a complaint with the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) through the Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (HCQC).
